More than sport

More than
training.

SIBI NEXT GEN™ is built around the whole athlete. We combine athletic development, strength & conditioning, movement, speed, agility, coordination, confidence, resilience and performance habits to help girls understand their bodies, challenge themselves and develop skills they can carry far beyond the pitch, court or track.

Clubs develop the player

Skills for sport. Skills for life.

Holistic by design

Body, mind
and everyday habits.

Training is only one part of how a girl develops. SIBI NEXT GEN™ treats physical preparation, mental wellbeing and lifestyle habits as one programme, because separating them is exactly what lets girls down.

Physical

Stronger bodies, trained safely

Speed, strength, movement and power coached properly for her age and stage, with growth spurts, injury risk and female physiology planned for rather than worked around.

Mental

A mind that competes

Confidence, focus, self-talk and resilience. Girls learn to handle pressure, recover from a poor game and speak up for themselves — on the field and off it.

Wellbeing

Habits that last a lifetime

Fuelling, sleep, recovery and hormone awareness, discussed openly and age-appropriately, so she understands her body instead of guessing at it.

The system

Six pillars of the
complete athlete

Strength. Skill. Mindset. Recovery. Healthy habits. Hormone awareness. Everything a next-generation female athlete needs — delivered with purpose, precision and high standards.

Speed & movement mechanics

Sprint technique, acceleration, deceleration and landing — the mechanics that make every sport faster and safer.

Strength & athletic power

Age-appropriate strength and conditioning that builds robust, powerful bodies ready for the demands of their sport.

Agility & coordination

Change of direction, balance, rhythm and body awareness — transferable athleticism, not sport-specific drills.

Mindset & resilience

Confidence, self-talk, competing under pressure and bouncing back. Mental performance trained like a physical skill.

Recovery & female health

Sleep, fuelling, recovery and hormone awareness, so girls understand their bodies through every stage of growth.

Performance habits

Standards, preparation, consistency and ownership — the habits that separate a player from an athlete.

Girls finishing a Friday Elevate group session together
Flagship

Every Friday

Elevate

Group sessions

Our flagship weekly session. Girls train together in coached groups matched by age and stage — strength, speed and movement wrapped in a team atmosphere they look forward to all week. It's where most families start.

  • Weekly, every Friday
  • Grouped by age and stage
  • Small numbers, real coaching
  • Free taster available

1:1 coaching

Private sessions

Undivided coaching for an athlete who needs it — coming back from injury, preparing for trials, or rebuilding confidence after a fall-out with training.

  • Built entirely around her goals
  • Times that fit around school and club
  • Reviewed and progressed every block

Performance pods

Small-group training

Very small groups training together with a coach whose attention never has to be split. Close to a 1:1 in quality, shared in energy and in cost.

  • Tightly capped numbers
  • Train with friends or be matched by coaches
  • Same standards, same assessment cycle

Bespoke club sessions

For clubs & teams

We bring SIBI NEXT GEN™ to your club: pre-season strength blocks, movement and injury-risk workshops, female-athlete education and coach development, delivered at your venue.

  • Delivered at your ground or ours
  • Programmes for teams and for coaches
  • Scoped around your season

Pricing depends on the format, frequency and venue, so we quote personally rather than publish a price list. Tell us what you need and we'll put something together.

Tailored by stage

Same programme.
Different stage.

A seven-year-old and a sixteen-year-old are not the same athlete. Girls develop fast, and not in a straight line, so SIBI NEXT GEN™ groups athletes by developmental stage as well as age — every session matches what her body and mind are ready for right now.

7–9Stage 1

Move

Fundamentals & play

Everything starts with movement. Running, jumping, landing, skipping, throwing and balancing are coached as skills in their own right, through games and challenges that keep energy high.

  • Fundamental movement skills and coordination
  • Bodyweight control, hopping and landing mechanics
  • Confidence through play, not pressure
  • Short, varied blocks that suit shorter attention spans
10–12Stage 2

Build

Skill window & growth spurts

This is a prime window for learning movement patterns — and often the first big growth spurt. We coach technique carefully while bodies change, protecting coordination and building a resilient base.

  • Sprint mechanics and change-of-direction technique
  • Introduction to structured strength with bodyweight and light loads
  • Managing coordination dips during growth spurts
  • Body awareness, posture and early recovery habits
13–16Stage 3

Perform

Strength, power & female physiology

As girls mature, training becomes genuinely performance-focused. We load strength properly, develop power and speed, and coach openly about the menstrual cycle, energy, fuelling and recovery.

  • Progressive strength & conditioning with real loading
  • Speed, power and sport-transferable conditioning
  • Hormone awareness, cycle tracking and energy management
  • Injury-risk reduction, especially knees, ankles and hips

Coaches re-assess every block, so an athlete progresses when she's ready — not simply when she has a birthday.

Why SIBI

The gap we fill

Girls and women have been supported in separate pieces — fitness, mental health, female health and performance all treated independently. We deliver one joined-up, female-specific system.

The founders

Built by women who
grew up in sport

Kate, Lesley and Laura grew up in sport together and bring complementary strengths to the programme. Next Gen is the first phase of a wider vision — beginning with girls and adolescent athletes, before expanding to women.

Kate Wilson

Founder · CEO · Coach

Kate created SHEISBOSSINGIT because she saw the real gap: girls and women being supported in separate pieces when they need a complete, joined-up, female-specific approach. With over 20 years in law enforcement, security and specialist training, she brings deep expertise in resilience and performance under pressure. A lifelong athlete who represented Wales in netball at youth level, and a mum of three daughters, Kate leads the partnerships, growth and vision of SIBI.

Laura Rodgers

Director of Coaching & Programme Development

Laura is the technical expert behind the SIBI methodology. An ex-Welsh international netballer with experience across youth, club, county and regional pathways, she is a strength & conditioning coach, PT, Pilates instructor, nutritionist and Level 5 injury massage specialist. She leads coaching standards, programme design and coach development — because girls need a joined-up approach, not simply more drills.

Lesley Owen

Creative Director · Coach · Safeguarding Officer

Lesley has been surrounded by sport her entire life, coming from a family of professional athletes. She leads the visual identity and experience of SIBI, ensuring every space and session reflects the brand's standards. As a coach she brings warmth, connection and calm confidence, and as safeguarding officer she holds the highest standards of safety and well-being for every girl in the programme.

Parent feedback

What families say

She came home from her first session buzzing. It's the first time she's trained somewhere built for girls, and you can see the difference in how she carries herself.
Parent, Performance Academy
The coaches explain why they're doing everything. My daughter now understands her body, her recovery and her cycle — that's education she'll keep forever.
Parent, ages 13–16
So many girls willing to push their limits and, most importantly, wanting to progress. Build the foundations. Trust the process.
